FL SYSTEMS offers In-Shop and On-Site contracts to guarantee a timely response to its customer’s need for repairs. For one
annual fee your equipment is covered for repairs and maintenance. Both contract options include loaner equipment while your machine is being serviced.
On-Site Contracts:
- • On-site contracts cover On-Site repair of your equipment.
- • Charges covered include parts, labor and travel expenses.
- • Usual response time of 24-48 hours from time of call.
- • Available to Western and Central New York customers.
In-Shop Contracts:
- • In-Shop contracts cover In-Shop repair of your equipment.
- • Usual response time of one week from receipt of equipment.
- • Charges covered include are parts, labor and return shipping expenses.
- • Available to all customers nationwide.
