Service Options

On-Site Service:


  • • Tech will come out to customer’s site to repair equipment.
  • • Usual response time of 24-48 hours from time of call.
  • • Available to Western and Central New York customers.
  • • $75.00 per hour plus cost of parts.

In-Shop Service:


  • • Customer will ship the equipment to be repaired in the shop.
  • • Usual response time of one week from receipt of equipment.
  • • Available to all customers nationwide.
  • • $50.00 per hour plus cost of parts and shipping. 
  •  

Remote Assistance:


  • • Available for digital PC based dictation and transcription software.
  • • Internet access required for remote support.
  • • Available to all customers nationwide.
  • • $50.00 per hour.

All service options require a minimum fee of one hour. Loaners are available upon request. All services are guaranteed for 30 days.
