- Tech will come out to customers site to repair equipment.
- Usual response time of 24-48 hours from time of call.
- Available to Western and Central New York customers.
- $75.00 per hour plus cost of parts.
In-Shop Service:
- Customer will ship the equipment to be repaired in the shop.
- Usual response time of one week from receipt of equipment.
- Available to all customers nationwide.
- $50.00 per hour plus cost of parts and shipping.
Remote Assistance:
- Available for digital PC based dictation and transcription software.
- Internet access required for remote support.
- Available to all customers nationwide.
- $50.00 per hour.
